PNANJ offers recognition to members in the form of an incentive bonus for aiding in the membership recruitment campaign. The primary intent of this recruitment campaign is to promote, strengthen, and increase organization’s visibility and to reward qualified members/ recruiters.

Policy:

• A recruitment incentive bonus will be awarded to qualified members who recruited 3 or more PNANJ members.
• The incentive bonus program is applicable only to those who are recruited for the two year membership.
• Option to recruit member for the 1-year membership is encouraged but a cumulative point will be assigned to match the 2-year membership campaign.
• Two (2) members recruited for the 1-year membership will equate to 1 member recruited for the 2-year membership.
• Only active paid members including lifetime members are qualified to participate in the campaign and to be eligible for the incentive bonuses/ prizes.
• It is the sole right of PNANJ to make the final decision, make appropriate changes or dissolve the program if deemed necessary.

Procedure:

1. The recruitment incentive bonuses will be distributed according to the number of members recruited within that specific period of time. To be eligible, qualified members must recruit between the period of May to September and October to February of the current year.
2. Qualified members will receive the following incentive bonuses/ prizes:
   • A $10.00 gift certificate will be awarded to member who refers 3 -5 new paid members for the two-year membership.
   • A 1 year free membership to PNANJ will be awarded to member who refers 6 -10 new paid members for the two-year membership.
   • Free admission fee to the PNANJ Annual Spring Conference or Annual Dinner Dance will be awarded to member who refers 11-15 new paid members for the two-year membership.
   • A $100.00 gift certificate or cash will be awarded to member who refers 16 or more new paid members for the two-year membership.
3. The incentive program runs from May to September and October to February.
4. Participating members will be responsible to keep record of the list of members recruited for that period.
5. Participating members will be responsible to submit the list of names to the membership committee chairman.
6. Submission of the list is due on September 15 and February 15 of the current year.
7. The treasurer with the approval of the president will award the bonus to the member within the timeframe specified.
8. Awards for the May to September period will be presented at the Annual Dinner Dance in October and the October to February period will be presented at the Annual Spring Conference in April.
9. Recruiter’s membership status must be current at the time when the incentive bonus payments are made.
10. Notices regarding the Member-Get-A-Member Recruitment Incentive Bonus Program will be announced biannually through PNANJ website.
11. Names of top recruiters will be published in the newsletter “IN TOUCH”.
